Time to Replace your old Oil Tank?

If you want to replace your heating oil tank, here’s some good news. The Petroleum Cleanup Fund offers grants of up to $2,000 towards the removal, replacement or upgrade of both underground and above ground heating oil tanks. The grants are for residential oil tanks used to heat homes in Vermont.

The grants are awarded based on income, with an upper limit of $75,000. Homeowners must apply for the grants by calling (802) 241-3888 or completing the online application. For more information, visit the Vermont Fuel Dealers, or call Wayne Thompson, our service manager – (802) 860-4090.

Don’t delay, these grants are available only while funds last – and they’re going fast.
