Our service team repairs, installs and maintains Napoleon pellet stoves. We carry a small number of parts on our service vans and have technicians on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Most of our members who heat with wood pellets also have a furnace or boiler as a back-up. So when their pellet stove breaks-down, it’s not an emergency. We are able to repair Napoleon pellet stoves within three or four days if we need to order parts; within a few hours if we have the parts in stock.
