Vermont 2009/10 Heating Oil Prices

The chart below shows our monthly cash prices for heating oil in dollars per gallon for the 2009/10 season. The price comparison is with average Vermont heating oil prices as reported by the Vermont Department of Public Service.

We Offered Two Price Protection Plans for 2009/10

We offered our Smart Choice budget plan with a cap price of $2.74/gallon to Co-op members from July 1 through August 31. Price protection cost an additional 25 cents/gallon.

We offered a $2.49/gallon fixed price pre-buy plan to Co-op members from July 1 through August 31.
