Program: Home Performance with Energy Star
Projects: Energy-efficient home improvements
Loan Amount: Up to $15,000
Interest Rates: Efficiency Vermont buys down participating banks’ interest rates by 3.5%.
Loan Requirements: Renovations performed by Home Performance with Energy Star contractor. Heating system replacements completed by state-licensed technicians (Energy Co-op of Vermont service technicians hold Vermont state licenses).
