Vermont Energy Tax Credits & Incentives

Here’s the good news. There are many tax credits, incentives and rebates now available to help pay for energy-efficiency improvements and renewable energy installations. They include both state and federal programs.

Here’s the not-so-good news: Some programs are still under development and eligibility and conditions may not be available; other programs change from time to time as funds are exhausted or reauthorized. Things get complicated.
