Low-Cost Energy Financing in Vermont

It's much easier to pay for new heating equipment or to improve the energy efficiency of your home if you can spread the payments over several months or years. Monthly loan payments can often be offset by energy savings. The money that you would have spent on heating fuel is available to meet most and sometimes all of your loan payments.

Here are a couple of low-cost financing programs from two local credit unions:

VSECU

Program: Green Loan
Projects: Central heating and cooling systems (including duct work), windows, doors, siding, roofs, insulation and weather stripping, water heaters, lighting and other major energy-consuming appliances, water conservation and solar measures.
