During our long Vermont winters, our service technicians visit many homeowners who learn the hard way how difficult an unexpected heating system breakdown can be. The Energy Co-op's service technicians perform hundreds of tune ups per year and can be counted on to get your heating system in peak running condition.

Heating system tune up special priceTo help with the cost of this important home maintenance service, for a limited time we are offering a discounted rate of $149 for a complete heating system tune up and inspection. The normal price for this service is $189.

To schedule a tune up fill out the contact form, select "Heating System Tune Up" in the "Reason for contact" menu. We'll confirm an appointment in the order in which the requests are received.This offer is good for tune ups completed BEFORE April 30th, so contact us today.

A well-performed tune up can save up to 5% on your heating bills and prevent unexpected break downs when you need it most. 

NOTE:  Service is available for oil or kerosene furnaces and boilers only.

(Not available in Montpelier)

Our furnace or boiler tune up service includes:

  • Adjusting your burner for optimal performance
  • Replacing nozzles and filters as needed (spin-on filters are extra)
  • Performing a complete safety check of the system from top to bottom
  • Inspecting the entire system all the way back to the oil tank
