Jennifer Archambault
Jennifer has over 20 years of leadership experience in health care and higher education, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources for the University of Vermont Health Network Home Health and Hospice. Her HR expertise and passion are centered on enhancing the employee experience and creating a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters professional growth and fulfillment. She holds degrees from St. Michael's College and New England College and resides in Enosburg Falls, Vermont. Outside of work, she dons the hat of the family’s career guru, navigates the dynamic world of her three nearly grown sons, and shares lots of laughter with her husband.
