At the Energy Co-op of Vermont, our employees and our members are the driving factor on how decisions are made, not the bottom line. We work hard to provide an environment where our employees are valued and where we understand a work/home life balance is crucial to a happy and healthy workforce. We offer liberal time off, starting at over three weeks per year as well as a unique benefits package that can be tailored to individual employees needs. If this sounds different than what you have today, we would love to talk to you.

The Co-op isn't just an energy company. We sell heating oil, kerosene, and wood pellets, but we offer weatherization services and energy coaching. Our team of certified technicians and energy consultants help homeowners switch to a more efficient heating system, heat pump, or even solar panels.
