Join the Energy Co-op's award-winning team and make a difference
For over 20 years the Energy Co-op has been helping Vermont homeowners save money and use less energy.
At the Energy Co-op of Vermont, our employees and our members are the driving factor on how decisions are made, not the bottom line. We work hard to provide an environment where our employees are valued and where we understand a work/home life balance is crucial to a happy and healthy workforce. We offer liberal time off, starting at over three weeks per year as well as a unique benefits package that can be tailored to individual employees needs. If this sounds different than what you have today, we would love to talk to you.
The Co-op isn't just an energy company. We sell heating oil, kerosene, and wood pellets, but we offer weatherization services and coaching. Our team of certified technicians and energy consultants help homeowners switch to a more efficient heating system, heat pump, or even solar panels.
If you want to join a company that cares about the planet, strives for the highest level of customer service and values our employees, consider the career opportunities at the Energy Co-op.
We offer work/life balance plus great pay and benefits.
We are expanding our weatherization services and are looking for the right individual to manage the day to day field operations of multiple weatherization crews.
Our weatherization technicians install comprehensive home energy upgrades including air-sealing, insulation (attics, basements, and walls) and associated tasks.
