The Energy Co-op is a member of Renewable Energy Vermont, an organization that represents businesses, non-profits, and utilities committed to reducing reliance on dirty fossil fuels by increasing clean renewable energy and energy efficiency in Vermont.
The Energy Co-op is a member of the Vermont Fuel Dealers Association (VFDA), a non-profit trade organization that works for companies that sell heating oil, BioHeat®, diesel, biodiesel, kerosene, wood pellets, and propane.
As a member of the Efficiency Excellence Network (EEN), the Energy Co-op is among the Vermont contractors approved for projects financed through the Heat Saver Loan, a state-backed initiative that drives hundreds of upgrades every year.
As a Mitsubishi Electric Diamond Elite Contractor, the Energy Co-op's installation technicians and service manager have been factory trained in the Mitsubishi M-Series heat pump products. This also means we are able to offer a 12 year warranty on parts and a 12-year limited warranty on compressors.
City Market, Onion River Co-op, is a community-owned food cooperative with two locations in beautiful Burlington, Vermont. They offer a large selection of local, organic, and conventional foods, and thousands of Vermont-made products.Their Downtown and South End stores are open daily.
City Market provides a critical service to the residents of Burlington and the larger community by providing a wide variety of local, organic and conventional products at a fair price to all. They also offer a hot and cold food bar, grab and go meals, coffee and tea, a made-to-order sandwich bar, and a deli.
EAN is dedicated to producing the highest quality research and analysis on a wide range of issues related to meeting Vermont's energy and climate commitments. EAN is a diverse network of 200+ members, including non-profits, businesses, public agencies, and other organizations. EAN members work together in a collective impact framework and supported by a core staff to further the Network's mission.
